Our sustainable work
It has become increasingly important and necessary for companies all over the world to take responsibility in the protection of our environment. Hotel Kungsträdgården has a vision; to become a forefront of sustainable work in the Stockholm hotel industry. We work proactively with environmental issues and have created a corporate strategy that provides a common value for business, society and the environment.
We at Hotel Kungsträdgården are proud to have been awarded the Green Key, an international environmental certification that confirms our commitment to sustainability. Through continuous efforts to reduce our environmental impact — via efficient energy solutions, waste reduction and sustainable procurement — we take responsibility for both the environment and the wider community.
Our CSR work is a central part of our operations, and we have chosen to partner with ZB Foundation, Operation Aid and Samhällsmatchen, organisations that provide young people in vulnerable areas with better opportunities for the future. Through these initiatives we strengthen both our sustainability efforts and our social responsibility.
